The name you provide on the Attendance Confirmation Form will be the name printed on your event badge. Please ensure you enter your preferred name as you would like it to appear.

If we do not receive your response by Saturday, February 21st (12 PM EST), we will assume that you are not participating in the event. Only participants who complete the Attendance Confirmation Form will continue to receive event communications after this deadline.
